Sebastian has spent all of his career in the IT and internet sectors. With more than 15 years of professional experience in web hosting industry, working in a variety of roles across sales, business development, solutions design and client service delivery.

At Firstserv, my primary responsibilities is to direct and control the company’s operations and to give strategic guidance and direction to the board to ensure that the company achieves its mission and objectives.

After successfully establishing several companies including a pre-paid calling card business distributed primarily in the Middle East, and Octagon Academy, the Find, Build & Run outsourced sales team proposition with Foxton’s founder Jon Hunt I founded Concert Networks in 2004 and am excited to be a cofounder of Firstserv.

My strategy is to grow hosting and hosted telephony in the professional services sector based on the premise of outstanding support, strong relationships with partners and to always take accountability.

Matthew Bell

Finance Director

After training with BDO and qualifying as an accountant in London I moved into industry and have worked in several telecoms companies since 1994. I am responsible for all aspects of finance, legal and commercial interests for the business.

It’s both fun and challenging to be involved in a fast-growing business representing a high quality and loyal customer base, which certainly takes the edge off the widely perceived but unfair reputation that accountancy is not the most dynamic profession.

Dmytro Khytryi

Senior Engineer

Dmytro is senior system engineer, joined Firstserv in 2010. He has history of working with Linux and Windows based servers, virtualization technologies and is always on hand to share his knowledge and offer a helping hand. Dealing with all types of incidents to ensure that Service Level Agreements with customers are adhered to.

In spare time Dmytro likes to spend his time with family, travelling, volunteering.
