We’re delighted to announce that Firstserv has been included in the Government’s latest G-Cloud 13 framework as a certified supplier of cloud services to the public sector. The framework provides a direct and compliant channel for organisations to purchase services, such as application hosting, software, and support, through an accredited portal called Digital Marketplace.
Firstserv completed the deployment of a brand-new enterprise cloud located in OVH London Data Centre. This additional point of presence, complementing the existing infrastructure in Interxion, provides disaster recovery capabilities and further operational redundancy.

Firstserv today announces that it has achieved ISO27001 Information Security Management Certification. ISO27001 is an international certification that ensures that Firstserv’s core platforms, billing, data management, fulfilment and support meet the standards for information security.
