- How to participate
1.1 In order to enter this prize draw to win the Firstserv cybersecurity Prize Draw, go to https://cybersecurity.firstserv.com/prizedraw and complete our form by entering all of the information requested.
1.2 All entries must include your valid and fully functioning email address.
1.3 Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be void and will not be entered into this prize draw.
1.4 If you submit an entry for this prize draw, we will treat you as if you have accepted these terms and conditions and are agreeing to keep to them.
1.5 We do not accept any responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay in you sending your entry or us receiving it. Proof you sent an entry is not proof you entered the draw.
1.6 There is no fee to enter into this prize draw.
1.7 Firstserv reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and the competition terms and conditions and associated rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the Firstserv website.
1.8 You may only submit one entry to this prize draw. - Start Date
This prize draw will start at 12.00pm on 09/08/2023. - Closing date
The closing date for this prize draw will be 09/09/2023 at 23:59:59 GMT. - Selection of the winner
4.1 One winner will be selected.
4.2 The winner of the prize draw will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. - Prize
5.1 The prize is as follows:

- 3 months Firstserv Cloud Hosting free of charge
- Entry to a free prize draw to win a Cloud Security Audit - Restrictions and requirements
6.1 Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply: You must be aged over 18 years and you must be a resident in the United Kingdom. - Notification of the results and receipt of the prize
7.1 Firstserv will notify the winner by email and/or telephone on or before 30/09/2023. If a selected winner does not respond to the notification within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and Firstserv will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have 14 days to respond to their notification). - Publicity and personal information
8.1 By entering this prize draw, you agree to your personal information being used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and for the purpose outlined in clause 8.2 below. Firstserv will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy Privacy Notice
8.2 You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this prize draw if you are selected as a winner. - General
9.1 This prize draw is operated by Firstserv Limited, The Whitehouse, Warrington, WA4 6HL, United Kingdom.
9.2 While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit Firstserv’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, Firstserv will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to Firstserv or to the entrant at the time of entry to the prize draw or which are caused by a third party.
9.3 In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the competition, the decision of Firstserv shall be final and under no circumstances shall there be any correspondence or discussion in respect of said decision.
9.4 Firstserv will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Firstserv takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
9.5 Firstserv reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it suspects that the entrant has not complied with these terms and conditions. Firstserv reserves the right to make decisions about compliance with these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
9.6 The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions.
9.7 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
